How we control our product Quality in the factory?

To ensure the rate of qualified production is up to 100% and every user satisfies with what he/she paid,we have built Strict Quality Management System(QMS) that we must fulfil.Besides we pay much attention on monitoring of all process and do 100% final quality check,which gurantee the highest possible quality and consistency of mass production.This is how we control our replacement power tool batteries,new laptop battery,laptop charger adapter in the factory.Please read more about QMS as following.

Strict Quality Management System

QMS contains TWO important parts,one is Quality Control(QC),the other is Quality Assurance(QA).
They largely determine the final quality of the products.

Perfect QA

topSmix factory is different,they know what they are doing by a perfect Quality Assrance system from the Project Planning to Customer Service.Here introduce it in Short:

1.Project Planning And Evaluation,after collecting enough information,like customer needs,market trends

2.Product Design-Use professional softwares(CAD,Solidworks etc) to design product with high performance

3.Open mold and make samples to assemble engineering sample(ES).We may repeat this process for several times.

4.ES reliability test.Mass production will begin only after consideration of this reliability test result,process capability and customer’s evaluation of ES.

5.Mass Production.We make efforts to improve the quality in following aspects during the MP.
a>. Quality Control of Raw Materials.Every month we will evaluate the vendors raw material especially for key parts,then give a rating for next slection.
b>. Process control in Production line.Every workers must follow the work instructions which are made by professional engineers and are improved often.
c>. Enviroment control.We keep the workshop clean and control dust in special assembly place.
d>. Production equipment and facility controlWe regularly inspect the equipments and facility to keep them run well.
e>. Education and trainingEvery employee will accept individual education to get high calibre and job traning to be professional.
